Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advertising E-commerce Specialist to join our growing team. This role is crucial to our online presence and sales growth, focusing on the management and optimization of TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce advertising, a passion for the beauty industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • TikTok Advertising:
    • Plan, create, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and boost conversions.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content tailored for TikTok audiences.
    • Monitor ad performance, adjust strategies as needed, and report on key metrics.
  • TikTok Shop Management:
    • Oversee and manage the MakarttPro TikTok Shop, ensuring product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for sales.
    • Coordinate promotions and campaigns within TikTok Shop to drive sales and customer engagement.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Shopify Management:
    • Manage and optimize the MakarttPro Shopify store, ensuring a seamless user experience and high conversion rates.
    • Implement and monitor Shopify ad campaigns, including retargeting and upselling strategies.
    • Collaborate with the E-commerce team to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and timely updates.
  • Google Ads Campaigns:
    • Develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and Shopping ads.
    • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and bid management to maximize ROI.
    • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns across TikTok, Shopify, and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify, and familiarity with TikTok Shop.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising tools, including Google Ads and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a cross-functional team.
  • Passion for the beauty and nail industry is a plus.
