MakarttPro is looking for a talented and results-driven SMS & Email Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is essential in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue through strategic SMS and email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in managing and optimizing SMS and email campaigns. As the SMS & Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the creation, planning, scheduling, and analysis of all SMS and email marketing efforts at MakarttPro.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement SMS and email marketing strategies that align with MakarttPro’s overall marketing objectives and target audience.
  • Plan and create a detailed content calendar for SMS and email campaigns, ensuring timely and relevant communication with customers.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content, including copy and visuals, that resonates with the audience and drives engagement.

Campaign Execution & Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of SMS and email campaigns, from content creation to deployment.
  • Segment audiences and personalize messages to maximize campaign effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with legal requirements, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of SMS and email campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve key metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve content, design, and messaging.

Customer Journey & Automation:

  • Develop and maintain automated SMS and email workflows that support customer lifecycle stages, such as welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, and post-purchase follow-ups.
  • Ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey across all touchpoints.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports to the Director of Marketing and other stakeholders.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign data to inform future strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on messaging and campaign goals.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or platforms as needed for SMS and email marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in SMS and email marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency with SMS and email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the beauty or nail industry.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation techniques.
