The Supply Chain Director will oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations for MakarttPro, with a focus on demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product flow from supplier to customer, maintaining a high level of service quality and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Chinese and English), highly proficient in Excel, and has extensive experience in the beauty industry.
- Lead and manage the supply chain operations including demand planning, forecasting, procurement, inventory control, and logistics.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and marketing teams to forecast product demand and align supply chain strategies with company goals.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring high-quality products and on-time delivery.
- Analyze data and trends to improve supply chain processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Oversee warehouse operations and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Mentor and lead the supply chain team to drive performance and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual: Chinese and English
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in senior supply chain roles with a focus on **demand planning and forecasting
- Experience working within the professional beauty industry is highly preferred.
- Expertise in supply chain software and tools, with impeccable Excel skills (advanced level proficiency).
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
